Handel van rassen in procedure van opname

Procedure voor landbouwgewassen

Deze procedure kan enkel gevolgd worden indien:

  1. het een ras betreft dat in Vlaanderen in procedure is voor opname op de Belgische rassenlijst én
  2. de producent gevestigd is op Belgisch territorium

Procedure:

  1. Download en vul het aanvraagformulier in.
  2. Mail het ingevulde formulier naar info@lv.vlaanderen.be.
  3. Wacht op de expliciete toelatingsbrief van de dienst.

    Na de toelating zijn technische modaliteiten en modaliteiten betreffende hoeveelheid, verpakking en verzegeling, en etikettering van toepassing. Zie de desbetreffende wetgeving voor meer info of informeer bij de dienst. 
  4. Bij goedkeuring is de toelating één jaar geldig.
  5. De toelating kan met maximaal één jaar verlengd worden. Doorloop hiervoor opnieuw de procedure en voeg de oorspronkelijke toelating toe als bijlage.

Bij terugtrekking of weigering tijdens de procedure tot toelating op de Belgische rassenlijst of bij toelating tot de Belgische rassenlijst verloopt deze toelating.

Procedure voor groentegewassen

Deze procedure kan enkel gevolgd worden indien:

  1. het een ras betreft dat in een Europese lidstaat in procedure is voor opname op de nationale rassenlijst én,
  2. de kweker gevestigd is op Belgisch territorium

Procedure:

  1. Download en vul de volgende formulieren in:
    1. Het aanvraagformulier
    2. De technische vragenlijst
  2. Mail de ingevulde formulieren naar info@lv.vlaanderen.be. 
  3. Wacht op de expliciete toelatingsbrief van de dienst.

    Na de toelating zijn technische modaliteiten en modaliteiten betreffende verpakking en verzegeling, en etikettering van toepassing. Zie de desbetreffende wetgeving voor meer info of informeer bij de dienst. 
  4. Bij goedkeuring is de toelating één jaar geldig.
  5. De toelating kan maximaal tweemaal met telkens ten hoogste één jaar verlengd worden. Doorloop hiervoor opnieuw de procedure en voeg de oorspronkelijke toelating(en) toe als bijlage.

Bij terugtrekking of weigering tijdens de procedure tot toelating op een nationale rassenlijst of bij toelating tot een nationale rassenlijst verloopt deze toelating.

Procedure for agricultural varieties

This procedure can only be followed if:

  1. it concerns a variety that is in procedure in Flanders for registration in the Belgian variety list, and,
  2. the producer is established on Belgian territory.

Procedure:

  1. Download and complete the application form.
  2. Mail the completed form to info@lv.vlaanderen.be. 
  3. Wait for the explicit approval letter from the unit.

    After authorisation, technical modalities and modalities regarding quantity, packaging and sealing, and labelling apply. See the relevant legislation for more info or inquire with the unit. 
  4. Upon approval, the authorisation is valid for one year.
  5. The authorisation can be extended for a maximum of one year. To do so, go through the procedure again and attach the original approval letter.

In the event of withdrawal or refusal during the procedure for registration in the Belgian variety list or in the event of admission in the Belgian variety list this authorisation expires.

Procedure for vegetable varieties

This procedure can only be followed if: 

  1. it concerns a variety that is in procedure in a European Member State for registration in the national variety list, and,
  2. the breeder is established on Belgian territory.

Procedure:

  1. Download and complete the following forms:
    1. The application form
    2. The technical questionnaire
  2. Mail the completed forms to info@lv.vlaanderen.be. 
  3. Wait for the explicit approval letter from the unit.

    After authorisation, technical modalities and modalities regarding packaging and sealing, and labelling apply. See the relevant legislation for more info or inquire with the unit. 
  4. Upon approval, the authorisation is valid for one year.
  5. The authorisation may be extended a maximum of twice by one year each time. Follow the procedure again and attach the original approval letter(s).

In the event of withdrawal or refusal during the procedure for registration in a national variety list or in the event of admission in a national variety list, this authorization expires.
